About this AI

When you open Daily Insights or ask a question, Luna builds a short context summary from your data:

• Current Health Mode and cycle settings (cycle length, period length, last period start).
• Today's log: flow, mood, symptoms, and notes you entered.
• Your latest wearable sync (temperature, HRV, sleep, steps) — if synced.
• Your conversation in the current session, so follow-up questions stay relevant.

This summary is sent to our LLM provider (via Base44) only to generate a response.

Your health data stays encrypted on your device.
