LunaCycle is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.

Data we collect

The cycle, symptom, mood, and wearable data you log is stored on your device and encrypted at rest. When you use Anonymous Mode, no account is created and no personal data leaves your device. If you create an account, we store only your email and authentication credentials to enable sync and login.

How we use your data

Your logged data powers your personalized dashboard, predictions, and AI insights. We never sell your data to third parties. The free tier is supported by small, non-targeted sponsor ads to keep core tracking free; LunaCycle Plus removes ads entirely. Aggregated, de-identified analytics help us improve the product.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete all of your data at any time from within the app. Requests to delete your account and associated data are processed promptly. Where applicable, you have rights to access, rectify, and erase your data under GDPR.

Health data is encrypted with AES-GCM on your device. See our Data & Compliance page for details on our safeguards.

Free trial fraud prevention

To prevent duplicate free trials on the same device, we store a single boolean flag and timestamp on our servers, keyed to an opaque, randomly-generated device identifier. This record exists solely to prevent abuse and stores no other information — no IP address, no advertising identifiers, no device fingerprint beyond this single boolean and timestamp. You can request deletion of this record at any time by contacting us.
