By using LunaCycle, you agree to these terms. LunaCycle is provided as a wellness and tracking tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Use of the service

You may use LunaCycle for personal health tracking. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

No medical advice

Predictions, insights, and articles are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis, treatment, or personal medical concerns.

Subscriptions

LunaCycle Plus is available at $4.99/month or $34.99/year. Web subscriptions are processed via Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) — your card data is handled by the payment processor and is never stored by LunaCycle. In-app purchases are processed by the relevant app store. You can cancel anytime.

Limitation of liability

In plain terms: we work hard to make LunaCycle accurate and private, but we can't guarantee it's perfect or error-free, and we can't be held responsible for decisions you make based on it.

LunaCycle is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that predictions (including cycle, ovulation, and fertile-window predictions) or AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.

LunaCycle is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device or medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Cycle and fertility predictions are estimates only and may be incorrect. You assume all risk from any decision or action made in reliance on LunaCycle, including relying on the app in place of professional medical care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Northbound Digital LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LunaCycle. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for LunaCycle Plus in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Governing law

In plain terms: these Terms are interpreted under New York law, and any dispute is handled in New York courts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Northbound Digital LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of LunaCycle will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Note: Northbound Digital LLC may consider adding a mandatory arbitration clause and class-action waiver to reduce class-litigation exposure. This is a strategic business decision (arbitration can limit certain consumer protections and has cost implications) and is not included here by default — please confirm whether you'd like it added.

Deleting your data

In plain terms: you can erase everything whenever you want. Anonymous data is local to your device; account data is server-side and removed on deletion.

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. From within the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account & Data, or email us at privacy@lunacycleai.com and we'll process the request on your behalf.

Deletion typically completes within 30 days. How it works depends on how you use LunaCycle:

• Anonymous Mode (no account): your cycle logs, settings, and wearable data are stored only on your device. Deleting from Settings erases them immediately and they never existed on our servers.
• Registered accounts: deleting your account removes your server-side profile and personal data. Your encrypted cycle data and settings stored on your device are also cleared.

We may retain limited records after deletion where required: anonymized, aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you; subscription and payment records retained for tax and legal compliance; and any records we are legally obligated to keep. Because the community forum is anonymous and posts are publicly visible, forum posts and replies you created may remain after account deletion — they carry an anonymous handle, not your identity. If you want forum content removed, request it when you delete your account or by email.

Once the deletion window closes, deleted reproductive health data is not recoverable. Your subscription (if any) remains active until the end of its current billing period through Base44 Payments.

Indemnification

In plain terms: if someone sues us because of something you did with LunaCycle, you're responsible, not us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northbound Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or your misuse of LunaCycle, including relying on the app in place of professional medical care and suffering harm as a result.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
